Daily healing rituals aren’t something I used to think much about. Unlike so many stories you see on social media, my life doesn’t always sparkle with special events. In fact, I often avoid posting my feelings online, thinking maybe they aren’t exciting enough compared to others. But healing is personal, and we all have moments worth sharing.
I’m a homebody by nature. These days, I spend a lot of my spare time watching YouTube, finding new ideas and lessons. Strangely, it feels like God pressed pause on my busy routine—forcing me to slow down, find balance, and learn how to truly enjoy the simple things.

One of my greatest daily healing rituals is getting back into art. I love to draw, doodle, and craft. There’s something magical about seeing how others create, how they pour their heart into illustration or explain their journey to mastering a skill. Their stories inspire me to push myself, embrace mistakes, and chase whatever makes my soul happy.
Cooking is another ritual, even if I never thought of myself as “that kind of person.” The truth is, most outside food just isn’t as nourishing as what you can make at home. I’m learning to change my eating habits, trying to put more nutrients and care into every meal—for my body and my healing.
Now, I’m starting to record more of my creative process. Not only do I want to improve for myself, but I want to connect—sharing inspiration, small wins, and the ways creativity helps others heal, too. I dream that my little “realm” can someday bring joy and peace to someone’s heart, even if it’s just through a doodle, recipe, or honest reflection.
Sometimes, my most peaceful daily healing ritual is simply listening. I’ll play Surah Ar-Rahman on YouTube (link), letting the recitation calm my mind and guide me towards focus—like a blessing song, even though I don’t know Arabic words. It becomes a gentle background as I work, draw, or just sit quietly, helping my heart find some peace.
Prayer is a ritual close to my heart, though I admit I’m not perfect. Most days, I’ll pray just one or two times, quietly asking for strength, health, and happiness for myself and my family. My faith journey is ongoing—I still wonder and explore what it means to draw closer to God, and how prayer can turn each day into a new beginning.
These are the rituals I practice, imperfect but genuine. Drawing, cooking, listening, praying. Healing isn’t about dramatic transformation or perfect schedules—it’s about returning to things that bring joy, comfort, and a sense of meaning. I’m learning, little by little, that daily healing rituals are what make even quiet days special.
If you’re reading this, maybe you recognize some of these feelings in yourself. You don’t need a glamorous life to share beautiful healing rituals. Start small—make something with your hands, say a prayer for yourself, find a song that soothes your mind. Let each day be a chance to heal, connect, and rediscover what truly matters.
